1. General overview

Service for administration and technical monitoring the execution of business processes.

Service provides the following functionality:

  • monitor running business processes

  • allows setting up users and groups

  • allows assigning tasks to end-users

2. General provisions

  • Authentication of access rights with consideration of user roles

  • Monitoring the state of business process execution, variable state, decision table state

  • Visualization of the business process diagram with the current state

  • Stopping business processes

  • Completion of active tasks

  • Reassignment of tasks between users

  • Heat map visualization of the business process

  • Visualization of process performance charts based on collected metrics

User roles:

  • Regulations administrator

  • Platform administrator
